Sarah Charness Electrifies with Violins at Fashion Week

NEW YORK CITY — Inspiring electric violinist Sarah Charness has performed at the FAB Philanthropic Fashion Week Party night at the Midtown Loft and several other events during Fashion Week.

Showcasing designs by Nelson Tavarez, and hosted by Diana Seo and Rank & Style, proceeds of the FAB Philanthropic Party will go to the Mayor’s Alliance for NYC’s Animals and Russell Simmons’ Diamond Empowerment Fund.

“It is so important for artists to support non-profit organizations,” Charness said. “One of the ways I do this is by offering performances ‘on the house,’ for organizations I especially care about. I feel like I can give back to the community in my own unique way.”

Charness toured North America as a soloist with the Trans‐Siberian Orchestra and has been a familiar face on the fashion runways of Pronovias, Vera Wang, Neiman Marcus’ Fashion Night Out, and Elene Cassis during Mercedes Benz Fashion Week in NYC.

Sarah has released three singles and is planning to release her first electronic dance music single produced by Glenn Morrison in 2014. For video CLICK HERE
